I'm recovering from a foot operation, and thought this would be an ideal time to attend to my vision. I have been working from "Improve Your Vision" for about a month now. As I am in the fortunate position of not being able to do anything much at the moment, I am attempting to go without my bifocals. Is this advisable? I have noticed a slight improvement in vision, but when I use my glasses for any length of time to read something essential or go on the computer it seems to set me back. I can just about read the book and affirmations with a strong light. Also, is there any harm in doing the eye exercises more than once a day?
I experience quite a bit of eyeache which has been getting worse recently. Perhaps I am asking too much of my eyes to go without my glasses all the time? I am getting some pinhole glasses to help with reading. I would be grateful for any comments on my difficulties.

Yes.
> I have noticed a slight improvement in vision,
So far.

That's why we recommend that when you do not need the glasses to function, you leave them off, and if you need them to do what you are doing, put them on for that and then remove them again.
If you notice that they are setting you back, get your eyes re-examined to see how much they have improved so far, get a new prescription, and continue until your vision has returned to normal - and then get a new driver's license.

Not at all - just do them gently.

I would say you have been straining to see. Just accept the blurriness without stressing yourself about it, and you should notice quicker improvement.

Well - they are still glasses, aren't they?
