Hello Martin
I'm nearsighted and have been following your program from Improve Your Vision.
Yesterday, while reading the Bubble Reality chapter and really reflecting on removing resistance to others' characteristics and behaviour, and thinking of specific resistances I could release, I started getting all kinds of symptoms: strongly twitching muscles in the stomach area, a bit of shaking, increased feeling of tension in my head and eyes, lots of gas in my stomach and burping, and also I had nausea and the impulse to throw up. (When I let myself try to throw up, nothing comes out.) My vision also improved a bit while this was going on.
I've experienced all these symptoms before -- a couple years ago while doing some Bates Method techniques. Back then, however, these symptoms just got worse and worse the more I worked at my vision, until I was having anxiety attacks and all kinds of digestion problems for months. I eventually tried cutting wheat out from my diet and that improved things immensely.
Do you have any suggestions on what else I can do about these symptoms, or what they might indicate? Or is it good to just persist with the vision improvement program as I've been doing so far? I'm a little bit worried that if I keep going that the symptoms will worsen, like what happened before, instead of being released. (But maybe it will be different this time.)
Also, I've been having some of the same symptoms while doing the "doing nothing" meditation, especially twitching muscles in my stomach. Is it best to just let the muscles twitch, or would it be best to make a deliberate effort to suppress the twitching? It seems to me that with either choice I'm no longer "doing nothing."
