Martin, so 1)Just focus on confidence and trust in most areas of life, since myopia has insecurity and fear tied to it? 2) People with myopia, are their thoughts holding it in place, or causing it? Focusing on confidence and trust is a good way to replace insecurity and fear. 3)Just as long as I notice when I meet up with the fear/insecurity?

Yes - when you see yourself seeing through a filter of fear or insecutiry, you can ask yourself what it would look like through a filter of confidence.
When you see yourself making decisions based on insecurity or fear, you can ask yourself whether the fear is reasonable or a distortion. When you see that it is a distorting filter, make a different decision based on confidence, and see the result.
> 2) People with myopia, are their thoughts holding it in place, or causing it?
Both, actually.
> Focusing on confidence and trust is a good way to replace insecurity and fear.
Yes, it is.
> 3)Just as long as I notice when I meet up with the fear/insecurity?
You will notice when you pay attention. It doesn't take long to make this a new habit of thinking. Just be the observer of your thoughts and emotions. Be conscious.

Just to add that when my own vision improved during my self-healing process, I had not been focusing on my eyesight - but rather just being true to who I am - doing what I really wanted to do, not doing what I really didn't want to do, and trusting that process of just being real. Also, not caring at all what others thought of me - but rather navigating more and more to those who accepted me as I am. The real me.
