Today was my cousin's birthday and I got to meet her boyfriend who wears glasses. I got to talking with him, and asked when he got glasses, he said when he was a kid, now he is around 40. But he said when he was a kid his eyes were a lot weaker -6, and now they are -3.75 and -3.50. He said he was doing eye exercises not every day but every other day for a long time. I'm just sharing this because I am happy that today I got to meet a real person whose eyes actually got stronger! But he still wears glasses, and I asked him why doesnt he just keep it up so he doesnt need glasses and he basically said that he's content with the improvement he has.

...and perhaps because of what you said, he might think about it and continue the process, going beyond the exercises and doing the inner work on his consciousness.
Thanks for sharing this story.
Sometimes, people reach a point in the improvement process where they are in touch with very sensitive issues they feel not quite ready to resolve - but anyway, it is indeed nice for him to own the success he has had so far.

I don't wear my glasses anymore, only to drive. I do my eye exercises 10 minutes a day. The strange thing is I feel less tension and stress when I don't wear my glasses, it's almost as if my far off vision closed itself off to keep me from dealing with what I see, like my eyes want me to deal and handle only what is in front of me, and has in a sense boxed me off from what is further away to only keep me focused on what is closer, how do I let my eyes know that I can now handle clarity?

Be willing to be visible and to see what is in the eyes of others, even if it might be judgement.
Replace insecurity with trust.
Know that you live in a friendly world where people appreciate it when you are being yourself.
