I went to a new eye doctor in my neighborhood and I didn't bring my glasses because I didnt want her to know what level my eyes are at. She gave me the yearly exam since it's been 13 months since I've come across this idea that my eyes can get stronger. I dont wear my glasses anymore only to drive and if I feel scared or under lot of pressure. Strangely, putting on the glasses takes the pressure off emotionally, but most of the time when I don't wear glasses I feel more real and alive, but in the beggining I had to get okay with the blur. Both eyes had an improvement but now I feel like just wearing contacts and glasses until I'm ready to start up again. Will wearing contacts reverse the progress I already achieved?

Normally, they might just hold you at the same level as when your eyes were examined - though if they become uncomfortable for you it might be because your vision is still improving, and then it would be good to get another examination to see how much more improvement there has been.
Anyway, congratulations on your progress!

I was reading the article about eyes and it said "an exceptonal need for privacy may by experienced, a withdrawl from the world around them, a sense of being intimidated by their environment, a hiding inside." If a person has been intimidated/threatened at school or work how do you get over the feeling of wanting to withdrawl and to hide inside(as a means to feel safe?)

You own your power, decide to leave the past in the past, and no longer allow yourself to be intimidated. It had become a habit, one that you can change - and choose to be with people who appreciate your way of being.
Develop new habits.
