Hi Martin,
I recently started to workout again. Did a few sets of pushups and shoulder shrugs, both exercise putting some degree of pressure/resistance on the shoulders.
2 days later whereas my right arm feels perfectly fine, my left shoulder developed a rotator cuff torn overnight and it has been very painful to move around at the shoulder joint.
I've been following the BMS for quite a few years now but this would point to the area of me not going toward something that makes me happy?
Thanks for your time.

It's about you talking yourself out of going for a goal that would make you happy, since it's on your emotional side. There is a goal, but you have been giving yourself reasons to not go for it, or to doubt you can have it.
If it were on your Will side it would be about a goal that you want.
What you want is not necessarily what makes you happy. It's like you have two different beings in you - your will and your emotions - and sometimes they are different from one another and need to be aligned.

My shoulder has been feeling a lot better, about 80% relieved after much rest and a little healthy stretching, and of course, possibly a change in consciousness as well (=
