Dear Martin, This weekend I had a bad tumble when I tripped over a place where one section of a concrete sidewalk was slightly above the adjacent one. Result: A nasty bruise and swelling on my upper left cheek, just below my left eye. This is worrisome. I don't know what this has meant for my left eye. It seems a little more blurred than before. I may be imagining this.
Comment: I already had slightly blurred vision in my left eye from a cataract.
Do you have any helpful suggestions for me? Is there any possibility this or the cataract can be healed?

If you are right-handed, your left eye is your emotional eye, or your female eye. If there was a cataract in your left eye, that points to a decision of having nothing to look forward to in terms of a female - or not seeing yourself as a female, or a sense of separation from a female. See what that means to you, in terms of something to resolve, in terms of what was happening in your life lately, and when the symptom began.
We work with the idea that anything can be healed.

I do not have a sense that there is anything you mention I need to resolve. Question 1. Can I simply start working on this with 15 minutes of positive statements 3 X daily? Question 2. Will one 15 minutes statement (3X a day) work for all physical problem issues combined? Or must I do a separate statement for each physical health problem?

You can certainly work with the 15 minutes of affirmations per session at alpha, agreeing inwardly with each statement as you do it.
It is best to think of each symptom being healed, seeing it a bit improved each time, and then the next time beginning from the improved version - and do that for each situation you would like to see changed - and then seeing the end result the way you would like it to be.
That was what I did, and what worked for me.
You do have to also look at what you have been stressed about so that you can see that situation changing, or the stress being released.
If you are going to work with these tools, I would recommend following a class of the Silva Method in your area.
