HI Philippe
I've had some success in regards to my root chakra issues for e.g. I used to have light-headedness/dizziness sometimes and now that has disappeared. I also feel more confident. But I still have a lot of fear and mistrust.
Could you clarify for me what kind of thoughts give rise to insecurity and fear and an out-of-balance Root Chakra? The fear seems so real to me, and thoughts of fear of future seem normal to me.
Thank You

You should look at the aspects of consciousness related to root chakra: trust-confidence-survival about money-job-home and the thoughts coming up in one or more of these areas.
The focus of thinking for you is forward, thinking of the future, of what might be, could be, etc., with fear or uncertainty as the emotional experience of that view. It is a preoccupation, keeping you from being totally present.
It looks like you have not yet released the filter of fear through which you have been seeing the world, you should look also at the beliefs you created based on the decisions you take at that time. If you experience fear, you take decisions based on that. You should replace fear by trust during each "here and now" moment.

Yes there is fear for the future about money and survival. I don't know why because I always had enough to eat, a roof over my head, clothes and a good education. Never even lived alone. I didn't have anything horrible happen to me (only in my head ) But my parents and other relatives always talked about life being dangerous, people were not to be trusted, bad things can happen suddenly. Something horrible happened to them - they were refugees of war. So maybe all their constant talk of this affected me. Ok so I have to do this moment by moment - replacing trust with fear. I have decided that if I'm following my intuition in every moment then my spirit is guiding me perfectly even though sometimes I don't understand. I have a friend with clear vision. I see how calm she is about her life even though she has several problems relating to money, job and home. She stays present in the moment. She is not overly concerned about her problems. I like being with her.

You are the master of your mind, stay in the driver seat in your consciousness and don´t let yourself be affected by other ways of being or talking. If they dont´t want to change their mental diet, it´s their choice, you can change yours and talk to yourself in a positive way, see the glass half full instead of half empty. Your friend with clear vision is a good example. Here and now, when you forget it, come back to this state as soon as you notice you were no more in. Dont´t judge yourself, accept it was like that and maybe already better than before. And your mind is going to help you to do that, it will be easier and easier.
