I was reading this article about a village in Vietnam which has many partially and totally blind people. I was wondering what would be in the group consciousness regarding this issue.

Described from the point of view that we each create our reality, when someone is blind, the person is keeping him/herself from seeing something, or avoiding looking at something. The person is experiencing a sense of isolation and feeling that they have nothing to look forward to, and the conditions in their life at the time the symptom began can be examined to understand the reasons for the decision.
The blindness might be due to difficulties with the cornea or the retina, or cataracts, or glaucoma. So, we can look at the meaning of these particular symptoms for further explanations.
Some of them are also blind from one eye, the Male eye (right eye in right-handed people) or the Female eye, can reflect not seeing the male or not seeing the female in their life, indicating a sense of separation from a male or a female at the time the symptom began, with a possible sense that they will not connect with a male or a female in their life in the future.
