I would look at what was happening in your life just before the symptom tooks place, in term of your heart chakra -breast pain- relation to somebody close to your heart or your perceptions of love and in terms of your root chakra- trust, security- and your second chakra -sex and emotional feelings.

Yes - there are tensions in that area that need to be released.

Dear sir Brofman, I want to ask you something: when you said that there are tensions in that area that need '' to be released'', how can someone do this practically ?
Also, what are you doing, practically, in your every day life, when you realize that you have a tension? Thank you very much, I appreciate that I can ask you those questions Despina

Hi, Despina,
You release tensions by changing your mind about something.
If you're angry at someone, do something to again feel the love with them.
If you decide "Men are like that," change it to, "Some men are like that, ande I can now attract a different vibration."
If you decide, "Love hurts," You can change it to, "If it hurts, it's because of the perception that love was taken away. Love always feels good."
If you decided, "I can't live with this person harmoniously," either do something about it, or decide that the situation can be healed, and then just do it.
On the practical level, if I feel tense about something, or if I have a tension, I know I have to change my mind about something, or do something to return to my natural state of harmony, health, and balance.
