Hi Philippe,
I adopted a vegan diet, and suddenly...I had cavities and tooth decay!! I always had great teeth, but as I adopted the vegan diet to heal my kidneys (which worked very well), the tooth decay started. What's your take on cavities and what they mean? The one cavity is on the "stomach" meridian tooth. Maybe I can't stomach the vegan approach...?

I would look at what´s happening in your root chakra - security, trust about home, money, job, mother - Teeth are related to the root chakra. I am also vegan since years, it´s not about the diet, it´s about what´s happening in your consciousness about a root chakra situation at the time the symptom began.

Oh wow, Philippe, you are SO right - definitely worried about money ALL the time, as well as my kidney “problems” are also reflective about my root chakra issues. I was told it was my vegan diet that was to blame.
Thanks for your support. Now, how do I move forward with this - would you suggest meditation on my root chakra daily (or multiple times daily)? I guess you could say that, while I believe it’s possible, I don’t believe in my own abilities to heal through chakra work or meditation. But now that I wrote that, it sounds silly, so I’m going to do my best and give it (energy work) a go!
In any case, I’m looking forward to meeting you and Vasso in person in Greece in October!
Thanks again Philippe

You can heal with any approach. Here we explain the point of view of everything begins in your own consciousness and we see the connection between the symptom, the way of of being related and the aspects of consciousness where the tensions are located. If it talks to you, you know you have to change your mental diet when you think about money. If you received an opinion about your vegan diet, responsible for the teeth cavities, you can see from the point of view of the physical reality, which element would be missing in your diet, and include it in your food. Using the both approaches is a good idea.
