Hi Philippe, For a couple years i have had back pain when i wake up but now its much worse to the point where i cant move in the morning upon waking because its so painful. In the day it goes away and if my back is curved its fine too. But if i lie straight, either on my back, stomach or sides, it gets really stiff and hurts. What could this be?
As for my husband, he has had chronic sinus infections all his life, so everyday in the morning he spits up colored mucus and some days his neck and head hurt due to the stuckness. Can you help us see what these stmptoms are about? Thank you!!

Hi,
If it is the entire back that hurts, it represents root chakra tensions in the consciousness – tensions about the parts related to security – money, home, job, mother. If it is a specific part of the back, the chakra closest to that part points to the specific tensions in the consciousness.Which part is affected?
Sinusitis is inflammation of the air cavities within the passages of the nose. Inflammation implies anger, and the nose is associated with the root chakra and therefore the parts of the consciousness concerned with security, survival, trust, and the parts of the person’s life associated with security – money, home, job, mother. Thus, sinusitis is related to anger about the root chakra parts of the person’s consciousness at the time the symptom began. Symptoms can include sinus headache or pressure or pain in the sinuses, pointing to brow chakra tensions, or the person feeling not seen for who they are behind the role; facial tenderness, as if they had felt slapped in the face; fever, implying anger: feeling of nasal stuffiness, difficulty taking in the air, difficulty letting in the love at home or from the mother; sore throat, reflecting unexpressed anger; and cough, heart chakra tensions, pushing away someone close to their heart, anger with someone close..

Hello! I am not a doctor and I have no so much info about all symptoms buy a backache is my " friend". I live with it from my young age. I have a sedentary job and little physical activities. Perhaps this exacerbates the situation. Now I visit the yoga centre and sleep on a temperature -regulating system mattress with adaptive foam. ( I find a link with info cosyhousehold.com/best-king-size-mattress/ ) and I hope it will help me. And of course, in anyway, we need to go to a doctor! Because I don't recommend to take any kind of medicine without a professional advice!

We look at things here from the point of view that everything begins in the consciousness. So, if you have a pain in your back, it means you have tensions in your consciousness about something that happened in your life at the time the symptom began. In order to heal the symptom, you need to release the tensions in your consciousness and change the way of being that was creating the symptom.

Thanks, the back pain is around where the ribs finish, around the middle of the back. It feels like the pain goes into my organs as well and i cant move. It hurts even to breath when i move.

It looks like tensions in your solar plexus chakra, about freedom, power, control and in your heart chakra (with the breath), tensions with a person close to your heart and your perceptions of love. And because you have difficulties to move, describing from the point of view you have created the symptom, we can say you are immobilizing yourself, giving you reasons to stay in an unhappy situation because of insecurities.
