Mary -
If the effect of the symptom (if it were allowed to proceed) would be to close the left eyelid, and therefore not see through that eye, we would describe it as keeping herself from seeing the female - either herself as the female or perhaps something in her perception of you - if there had been some tensions there at the time the lump appeared.

Yes - looking at the parts of the body involved would give additional insights into what they are about. 10 yrs late but just found this thread. I have a lipoma on the right side of my back under my shoulder blade half way down my back, very much to the right side. Started to develop about 5 yrs ago but only really visible in last 3yrs. Could you let me know what is the emotional issue or what is blocked. In the last 3 to 4 yrs I've been really angry at a group of people I can't get at.

If you are right handed, it´s your will or male side, and when the lipoma is under the shoulder blade, it corresponds to tensions on the will side of the solar plexus chakra and/or heart chakra. On the will side, it would be conflict with your will. The aspects of consciousness of the solar plexus chakra are freedom, power, control and for the heart chakra, perceptions of love and relationships. The lipoma corresponds to something held in and not expressed. The location of the lipoma and the chakra associated shows what it is that was not expressed.

Thank you. I think it makes more sense that it is the solar plexus chakra and the time that it started to develop I felt shut down mostly started with work but it was like a snowball effect with everything after that. I have to really think about this. Thanks a lot for the advice.
