Hello, is there a reason why people develop lipomas (benign lumps on the skin in any part of the body) and what can be done about them, please?

Hello,
I feel lumps being in the skin, would be about storing anger, freedom and control issues.
Find more freedom and letting go of the anger.
Where they appear on the body may give more information, I beleive.

Yes - looking at the parts of the body involved would give additional insights into what they are about.

Hello! I was reminded of this when reading about skin cysts on the third eye. I had a few lipomas removed surgically about three years ago, on my face and both thighs. The leg ones were each 3-4 inches above the knees, on the fronts but on the inner sides. A couple of months ago, more appeared, mainly on the right side of my abdomen, halfway across and another one on my right inner thight, only about two inches from the scar of the original one! Another one appeared just under my left collarbone, but this one I worked on by vigorously massaging it with castor oil (Ayurvedic remedy for skin growths) and it has flattened considerably, but you have to do it rigorously. I just can't work out why I got these, except that I have a lot of ongoing stress in my life. Have you heard of these things disappearing spontaneously, please?

They come mysteriously, and sometimes leave as mysteriously.
Anyway - on your legs, they would have to do with issues of security - money, home, job. Are there some insecurities you have been holding in and not expressing?
Face - the face you show the world - making yourself unattractive because of issues of freedom or being yourself in a relationship?
Under the left collarbone - emotional side of the heart chakra - issues in the area of relationshps?
Does any of this make sense to you?

Martin,
What would a lipoma ON TOP OFF OR ON the left shoulder indicate, rather than under the left collarbone?
Indidentally, for those who are interested, it is my understanding that a lipoma is a common, benign tumor composed of fatty tissue. They are most common in adults ages 40 to 60, but can also be found in children. About one percent of the general population has a lipoma. A malignant lipoma is very rare.

The left shoulder tells a story of going for what will make you happy. The person is talking to themselves in a way that gives them reason to not go for what makes them happy.

Martin,
Is there a chakra which governs skin? The thing is I've known people with wonderfully clear skin and people (such as me) who have always had problems with their skin despite a good diet. For instance some people scar more easily, some constantly have keratosis pilaris (chicken skin bumps) on their legs and arms, some get acne, lipomas or even skin cancer. Skin is an organ, just like the heart or liver, so there must be a chakra which it relates too. My guess is solar plexus but I'm happy to be corrected!
Thanks

Solar plexus is correct. It is the face we show the world, our sense of power, self-definition, setting our boundaries, etc/

Hello, what is the meaning of a lump on the forehead on the left just above the left brow? I don't know if it's a lipoma or not but it has grown a little in the past 4 years and I really don't like it. Insights? Thanks to all

Something that you have been finding it difficult emotionally to look at? Something you prefer to not see?

Look at what is, accept that this is the way it is for now, and then see what you choose to do about it.
