Hello Philippe and everyone Thank You for another great newsletter. I find your interpretation of the Notre Dame fire and other group events very interesting. Thank You also for clarifying the difference between inner and outer freedom. I understand it better now. But I need clarification on "control" as it relates to the Solar Plexus Chakra. I understand what "control" means in respect to other people - deciding what others should or should not do, think, feel. But what does it mean exactly when you say a person is "holding on to control " or "controlling oneself" ? How is this different from" owning our power" or saying "I can" ?

Owning your power means being able to face any situation. « I can do that, I can see, I can walk, ...» So, not feeling powerless. Sitting in the driver seat in your solar plexus, to shine like the sun, even if there are clouds, the sun is still shining. Being at ease, not needing to shine differently depending on how many people are present with you or what they think about you.
Holding on to control, it means the person is not at ease with the aspects of power, freedom and control, so instead of showing who they are, owning their power, shining, they hide themselves, they refrain from doing what they would like to do.
Maybe a good idea to read again Martin’s article « Owning your power »

HI Philippe Thank You for explaining this to me more clearly. I understand more now. I will reread "Owning your Power" again. The more tensions I release from my consciousness the more clearly I understand the BMS and Martin's teaching. I can look at perceptions and situations more clearly and in different ways than before.
