Lower back pain, the lumbar region is the level of the second chakra, it represents tension about food, sex, or having children, and if you are right handed and your right leg is affected when walking, it´s about questions of trust in a man (Male leg) or lack of trust in the Will (Will leg). If the eventual effect of the symptom could be inability to walk, it´s about giving yourself reasons to stay in an unhappy situation, keeping yourself from walking away.

Leading up to it was under immense pressure - care solo for elderly parent, hostile friends and unemployed. Tried to return to work but felt pressured by unemployment office to be there and didn't want to - wanted to start my own business. That is where I got the symptoms - intense nerve burning and feeling of rupture from standing long hours. My friend who I have leaned on was being hostile and I didn't feel supported. I have no support from siblings for caring for parent. My friend offered to help me start my business but then pulled the rug out and I felt stabbed in the back by him.
I can't walk away from helping my parent. I have walked away from job. I am starting my own online business (have been working on it for year and felt in good place with it before unemployment office pushed me back out into job. Should I walk away from friendship too?

Related to the friendship, you should ask yourself: "is it a good relationship for me?" If not, you should do something about that. Do you find yourself with people you do not really enjoy being with? If so, you have given away your power to be happy to them. You don´t have to do that any more. Be with people who appreciates you for you are.

Thank you, yes I find it hard to find people I connect with. I have walked away for the time being.
I have noticed my pain is moving around from my back into my nerves. My back feels okay under the nerve pain and the more I think about it the more it feels related to my autoimmune issue. Like a flare up attack rather than an injured back.
Nerve pain and inflammation spread out from nerves in back/legs (actually goes everywhere muscles/liagments and last night up either side of my front to belly button level.
How does one heal nerve/autoimmune attacks?
I have started my online business, am taking a few weeks retreat here at home with minimal people contact as I feel that life got to hostile recently and I need a retreat. (I don't feel like I want to go back 'out there' as it's so unpleasant - how do I create 'out there' to be more friendly towards me - so I am happy to walk 'out there' to be part of it again.
I'm feeling safe and looked after in my little 'retreat'

Autoimmune disorders refer to a variety of symptoms said to be the result of a weakened immune system. To understand the inner cause of these symptoms, we look the part of the body and/or the function affected. Because your leg is affected, legs are related to the root chakra and the acpects of consciousness - home, money, job, mother - Because the immune system is related to the functions of the thymus gland, associated with the heart chakra, the symptom is the result of tensions with someone close to your heart – a parent, partner, sibling or offspring.
The nerves and the nervous system as a whole are related to the crown chakra, and therefore to your relationship with your biological father or authority, or a sense of separation from someone, isolation. If the nerves are affected in a particular part of the physical body, lower back and legs for you, second chakra and root chakra tensions. And we need to look at the functions that are affected and we understand that in terms of what was happening in your life at the time the symptom began, there were crown chakra considerations that you responded to in a stressed way that can be related to the symptom. Muscles and ligaments affected in the legs that could result in not being “able” to walk would be described as keeping yourself from walking, giving yourself reasons to stay in an unhappy situation.
The process of healing implies a process of transformation, changing your thinking, your believes, your perceptions, your words. You can use your mind and positive thinking, reprogramming your mind. We work with the idea that everything starts in the consciousness and that, if you need to change something, that is the place to go to do it. You can do that by yourself or with the help of a healer.
