The reason we use only the initials is to protect the identity and therefore the privacy of the person who submitted the success story. If they post their success story on the Message Board there is a chance of contacting them - otherwise, if they have not indicated their willingness to be contacted, we respect their privacy, and do not forward their contact info to anyone.

I do not understand your question here, because I answered your posts about bookmarking clearly and directly, with specific detailed instructions. Re-read my answers. There was no "thumbs down."
Apparently, you have now successfully logged in as "Patience."
Patience, patience.

Ok thankyou, maybe she will see it and answer through this forum. Also your reply was Fab but the thumbs down i refer to is on page 1 on the general page and next to Patience and bookmarking is a thumsb down sign - but any way i was saying it, rather typing it, in a jovial tone but emails dont pick up on mood. And the reason i use Patience is so i can get used to the word and hope that it rubs off on me. Thanks Martin

I see.
I didn't notice the "thumbs down" icon before - but it is on the list of "Message Icons" that you see whn you reply or post a message. The default is "Standard," but you must have accidently hit one of the other options.
I have changed the icon to Standard now.
Isn't communication a wonderful way to clear up misunderstandings?
Thanks.
