I am not wearing glasses at the moment and today when I went outside although the sky is clouded over and the sun is not shining through I find it is too bright for my eyes. I kept tilting my head to look at the ground to avoid the glare. I notice others outside didn't have to do this. Is there anything that I can do to ease this or do I just brave it out and tell myself the brightness is normal.

Sometimes when certain perceptual filters are removed, things can appear brighter - though I can also see it as sensitivity to Light - and sensitivity in the area of crown chakra perceptions, relationship with father and authority, etc.

This might also explain why I managed to suburn my scalp this week even though the rest of me didn't burn. I can relate to putting my father in a position of authority in my life growing up and can now relate to allowing the male in my life to be the authority figure. So I think this means to be my own authority. And the sensitivity to light, even as a child my eyes used to stream when I got my photo taken as anyone taking my photo then used to get me to face towards the light. Is there anything I can do to help densensitise myself to the light?

Opening the crown chakra should help. Acknowledging authority. Men do not have to be the authority - but you have to get okay if your father was - and perhaps, let in his love.
