Hello I was reading one of the other posts where Martin said that "healing takes many forms". This got me thinking. I have been recently hoping there was an easier way to heal my vision. Has anyone else on this board noticed improvement and what did they attribute it to? Exercise, doing nothing or change of lifestyle? Or do you think, like I've just caught myself doing, that it won't really happen for you the easy way? I've just found a big obstacle in that belief which is getting smaller now that I accepted that was my belief. Curious, Alice

Hi Alice Is there an easy way? (As I lament in the thread 'honest discussion - please contribute', not overly many smashing success stories are published. Could this have its reasons in the true scope of the task of improving ones vision?) Sincerely, Ingvar

Alice - with me, it happened when I didn't focus on it, but just rather on the process of truly being myself, living my truth, and doing what made me happy.
Ingvar - It's perhaps just because not many people on this list feel like sharing their success stories on that particular thread - though the success stories are indeed found embedded in other threads.

Martin, Your words have really hit home. I've been doing exercises, and the doing nothing exercise I've avoided except for about twice, yet I'm always complaining about being stressed but I have to admit I haven't been doing what makes me happy and living my truth, the two go together don't they!

My eyes haven't improved...but I have noticed that they change a lot during the day depending on what I'm doing. If I'm stressed, especially at work I get a lot of floaters. If I am daydreaming, especially when its a real far-fetched fantasy, my eye sight temporarily blurs. And when I don't get enough sleep (which is happening too much lately) my eyes get tired and dry and sometimes I experience tunnel vision.
So I'd say there is no improvement....but I do notice changes throughout the day....and I recognize the cause.
Peace,
Maria

...so if your state of mind can make your eyes blurry, it can also make them clear.

Just read through some of the threads and sticked to this one. Progress - in my consciousness, yes. Physically - no. I just remembered the time where I had more weight than I wanted. During the time I wanted to reduce it nothing happened. It happenend naturally another time. I think it was the time I was fully accepting my body the way it was at the moment. I also remember a time where I wanted to force myself to stop smoking. A freind asked: Why donĀ“t you enjoy it? And I did. I stopped eight years ago from one moment to the other without any effort. I also remember the time where I always quarelled with myself not to eat so much chocolate. Recently I realised I eat what I love to eat and I eat less chocolate without any effort. It just feels right. So I hope with the change of my eyesight it will be the same. Although I am disappointed sometimes, because "nothing" happens. Maybe it happens A LOT but at a level it is simply not yet visible. Good luck for all of you, I am looking forward sharing our success-stories!
