Shaking, muscle spasms and insatiable hunger

Hi,
I have been trying to lose weight, just a few kilos, and i cant. I try all sorts of diets and follow them and then gain the weight back and i feel i want to keep eating all the time. How can i balance my orange chakra?
If its about keeping myself unattractive sexually, how can i heal that? If i have seemingly processed the wounds related to that?

The other question is about a person who was diagnosed with parkinson but they think the have lime disease and were misdiagnosed. They feel tight muscle spasms, as if they were touching a live wire, weakness, depression, pain in legs, dizzyness, etc.

First, you should use different words to describe what you want to reach.

Instead of "try", you do, because if you try, you don´t do.
"Lose" , if you lose, you want to find it again, better to ask for your perfect weight.
"I can´t", eacg time you say I can´t, you deny the fact that you can. Better to say, I have not yet succeeded but I become better and better each day to reach my perfect weight.

Pay attention to the words you use to talk to yourself in relation with your goal.

The other part of the orange chakra is about sexuality, if you put emphasis on your food, what´s happening with sexuality? If you are overweight, and considering it unattractive, we would therefore say that you have been making yourself unattractive - and if we ask why you would do that, we can say that it is because of sensitivities either in the area of relationships or sexuality. Unless these sensitivities are resolved, the deeper part of you would rather keep others at a distance so you don´t have to deal with the "risk" of being attractive.

When you resolve the sensitivities about sex and/or relationships, your body will then guide you through your appetite to eat the foods that will be right for you at that time.

Alternatively - "program" your foods to help you reduce. Surround them with energy and let the food know that you love it, and that you will take from it only the nourishment that you need at this time, and that the rest will pas through your body as a sponge, taking with it excess weight you no longer need.


Spasm: the site of the spasm and the chakra associated with that site reflect the tension in the consciousness that is associated with this symptom.

Shaking: it depends on which part of the body is shaking. It can be related to crown chakra tensions and authority/father and we have to see the part affected for further details about the person´s response to those tensions and where they may have been feeling ambivalence about their actions.

Weakness, depression, pain in legs, dizzyness:

Weakness is a symptom represented, medically, by a number of different conditions, including: lack of muscle strength, dizziness, or fatigue, and thus represents tension in the solar plexus and not owning one’s power, or root chakra tensions and insecurities about the root chakra parts of the person’s life – money, home, job, and./or mother.

The spasms are in his whole body starting from the solar plexus then going to arms and neck, and chest.

The shaking is his hands and stuttering in his voice. Its also part of the spasm.

Spasm starting in the solar plexus reflect tensions about freedom, power, control, heart chakra for the chest and it is about perceptions of love and relationships, neck and arms are related to the throat chakra and are about expressing and going for their goal.

It´s pointing to a perceived lack of personal power, the person immobilizing themselves with “I can’t” and reflecting the person not expressing or communicating or not going for their goals.

It reflects tension in the throat chakra and insecurity about communicating. Possible causes include tensions in the root chakra about not feeling safe at home, or in the crown chakra if insecure about communicating to authority / father.
