I wanted to let you all know that I went to the eye doctor yesterday and the results are in. I have not been doing all I can do to improve my outlook, at least not as much as I could be doing. The good news is that my vision has improved 10%, I can only wonder how much it would have improved if I would have put some real effort into changing my attitude and outlook on life. Thank you for putting me in the right direction. I am so excited and now for more motivation. May God bless.

Well done Rubuyred! Does it matter that you haven't done as much as you could, you've definitely being doing something right! Maybe more effort would have been more stressful and you may not have had the great improvement that you did. The improvement in your vision is telling you that you're on the right path for you. Congratulations. Alice

I listen to the Vision Improvement CD, read through the Vision Improvement book, changed my diet to more, much more organic foods, bought and use an EPFX biofeedback device, and do eye exercises, (I write the alphabet with my eyes while relaxed and my eyes are closed). Basically take care of myself, have faith and trust in the Power of the Universe, reduce stress, meditate, and get in touch with my true vision or purpose in life, work on the elimination of doubt. I have had numerous emotional and spiritual breakthroughs in the past months, what a wonderful journey. Love and Peace, rubyred

The Affirmation that works best for me, from Martin's vision book, is, "I choose clarity over defensive distortion."

work on the elimination of doubt. Doubting myself seems an issue for me. I am wondering what tips you might have for me so that I doubt myself less? *Elimination* of doubt sounds like powerful medicine to me! Do you have a process or tools or some kind of method for "working with the elimination of doubt"? Thanks Andrew

Very good
I went thru the site and found it interesting and worth going back to on a regular basis.
The presentation concept was also interesting as I find it hard to read books and stay motivated to finish them - just too dry and too many words!
Do you have any other ideas?
Thanks

I am going to try hypnosis, a friend is trained and I am up for all the help I can get. I am going to continue the stress reduction/relaxation I am trained at and continue with prayer and meditation. Working on patience helps. I just read in a book I study that: we can ask for guidance in prayer and the correct answer will come, if we truly want it. I know at times I ask for guidance but am not willing to follow the guidance nor do I want the true answer. True awareness comes slowly for me, I just remain as willing as I can be and look for the answers everywhere, not just in the obvious.
