Dear Martin (and everyone else here, of course!),
first of all I want to express how glad I am that I found you (and your website). Although I'm a son of a doctor, a physiotherapist and although I attended medical school for an MD (and stopped this because of severe health problems directly related to the conflict between my inner knowledge and the dogmas teached there), I am absolutely convinced about the knowledge you spread. (No, I'm not a guru-lemming of any kind, don't mind - it's just that I believed all this for my whole live - and just feel this stuff reflected totally in your words!)
So first of all, my sincere appreciation for your work! Thank you!
My 'problem' is not one of the really dramatic kinds, but nonetheless it bothers me - and the next point in time I can attend your vision classes is a few months away
My problem is not one of the essential kind, bot it bothers me for years now.
My left eye was slightly farsighted for some time in the past with about + 0,25 Dioptres and a mild astigmatism - that was clearly because of some real troubles with my then-long-time-girl-friend.
But:
Sometime in the past, when I was about 12-14 years young, my right eye's vision degraded to about - 1,25 nearsighted Dioptres. Since then, it degraded slowly to now about -2,25 Dioptres, which is a nuisance for me, because my right eye is my 'active' eye most of the time and I'm doing a lot of work at the PC. Doctors don't care about it, being a 'medium' myopia without any further signs of illness.
Vision in my right eye is not constant! Somedays, I'm much better than my prescripted glasses. Using the term 'much better' means: MUCH better, at least 1 D!
And: about 6 years ago, I got a terrible, terrible flu with severe temperature and a waggon load of handkerchiefs
Beside some very livid dreams with a lot of knowledge received, I woke up the other day then... with a totally perfect vision in my right eye! It was at least 20/20 - no joke!
This happened about at the peak of that flu - and vision degraded again, very rapidly the following days, reaching the old status in a very short time.
I'm absolutely positive about the ability to change this annoying little problem by changing my mind(set). But I'm not getting 'it'. See, I'm thinking and meditating about the reason for this for many years now, but I'm unable to realize or to find the real cause!
I do think that there's some problem about my will as I do have occassional problems with my right hip, my right knee, me right ankle, my right foot, my right shoulder - everything on the right side. And yes, I do have an absolutely unemotional, traumatized father (WW2) in his late 80s who often causes me some bad times. There's no timely coincidence with actions by him or the state of our relationship, which changed from worse to good to worse several times in the last years.
(Although I don't know if I blame him for my mother's suicide when I was three years of age.)
I'm open and really (!) looking forward for suggestions, many thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Tom
