HI,
just wondered how important it is to move my eyes physically to improve my vision? Feel like I am very lazy at that point. Feel a lot of resistance, too. I really feel anger when I just think I could sit down and do the exercise... Wish to see clear without doing this exercise - maybe that is a bit naive?

Healing has many forms. Do what feels right, and see if it works for you.

Maike
I have some ideas about what you have said if you are interested.
Are you lazy as you suggest or is that part of the resistance? So rather than feeling lazy and being aware of resistance also they could arise from the same point and be essentially the same thing.
Another clue for you is that there is wisdom in anger if you can see the message within the anger or see why the anger is arising.
Your anger like your feeling of lazyness might seem like a negative useless emotion but it can also be your friend or guide towards clarity.
Seems to me you consider the exercises and become aware you are angry, you then decide that you are lazy and are resisting and dont feel good about yourself. That could be an astigmatic process at work.
I also read your replies in the insecurity thread and can i think link what you are saying here to that too.
I can say more but think it best you let me know you would like me to continue

HI ANdrew,
it is interesting what Martin says that healing has many forms.
You are right with your ideas. I am not lazy, it is better to see it as resistance. I feel much better in it. It is also good to remind me that there is wisdom in anger, sometimes I just wanna get rid of it, because it is such a powerful emotion....... And it is true, I do consider the exercise - just in my mind I plan to do it, and then the anger rises up. I just stop to call myself lazy. That´s great! Wow, a new door opens! Thanks for your clues Andrew!

Yes but please be aware of what Martin also said.
>>Do what feels right, and see if it works for you.
If issues arise when you think of doing exercises then possibly they will be more strongly felt once you actually do them.
Please dont rush this process. Having fun and enjoying what you already know you enjoy is an important part of the healing process.
