Hello!
Does anyone know if looking at 3D pictures is good or bad for people with myopia? It's just that when you first look t one you have to blankly stare which is, I'm informed, what the lazy eyes of short-sighted people do (and is a bad habit) but once your eyes lock on to the 3D image they feel relaxed.
I got called to a computer screen to look at one, and was surprised that I couldn't get the picture with my glasses on, only with them off. I normally need glasses to look at a computer screen.

It is said to encourage both sides of the brain to work together, and is therefore good. Some people use it as a kind of meditation.
