Acceptance is not a fatalistic surrender.
Acceptance is about accepting what is - and that is the starting point to doing something about it if it is not something good. If someone is beating you, you can emotionally accept that this is what has been happening, and then do what you need to do - but you will be doing it from a clear consciousness, rather than an emotinally reactive consciousness.
Consider what happens in martial arts. If a person gets angry in the middle of a fight, they are much less effective.
A samurai getting angry would consider that he has already lost the fight.
With your vision, you accept emotionally that it is blurry for now, and thus remove the emotional tension about the blurriness, from your consciousness and also from the muscles surrounding each eye. Then, as the tensions are relased, the vision can become clearer, and you are in a clear space watching the clarity as it happens.

Wow! Thanks, Martin - this will be my training for today:
Feeling the difference between a clear consciousness and an emotional reactive consciousness.
And then choose to accept it emotionally and act out of an clear consciousness.
I wasn´t conscious about how much I am still controlled by my emotions. I see a whole lot of things... maybe I just pick a few for the beginning...

It is difficult following my program at the moment, because I am full of ideas for my work. That´s great, too but I don´t want to forget about my vision improvement.
I am still struggling with this "being comfortable with glasses"... reading, writing ... possible without glasses but exhausting.
I go to do nothing and read a chapter. My aim is to keep my exercises while I am working.

While reading the chapter about the affirmation my vison was much better. Especially while I read the ones about ACCEPTANCE.
I am not within a dangerous situation, my life is fine but it could be better, there is more. The problem is that it is difficult to step out of my comfortable zone. I see that I deserve even more than I have at the moment but still I resist to go. It seems to me that this is also a form of fatalistic surrender. I surrender to a situation which should be better and which I should improve. For example: Actually I am dating a guy I felt in love with but obviously he didn´t fell in love with me. The energy between us is positive, we are positive, kind etc. But at a deeper level there is no real flow. I am within this situation without being really hurt, it just could be better. If I talk to myself I know I want more but I don´t want to go...
How can I talk to this part within me which says "it is comfortable here"?
Do I just have to ignore it and go for more?

You have to decide that.
Perhaps you could communicate your needs, and see what happens...
>>>"It is difficult following my program at the moment, because I am full of ideas for my work. That´s great, too but I don´t want to forget about my vision improvement."
The two are not mutually exclusive. Your vision improves as you live your life and do what you feel.
If you need your glasses to do what you are doing, put them on for that - when you are done doing that, take your glasses off....

hm... just a decision... that´s fine...
I discovered that I am not sure about my needs within a relationship AT THE MOMENT. I have this ideal in mind but I see that I am not yet ready to have it that way... So I gonna look for it: What are my needs NOW? I also realized that I am afraid to talk about it...
>>>>Your vision improves as you live your life and do what you feel.
Yes, I wanna trust in that!!!
>>>If you need your glasses to do what you are doing, put them on for that - when you are done doing that, take your glasses off....
I don´t know why it seems so complicated for me. Sounds so easy the way you wrote it. Maybe because I feel that I always need them and that I depend on them...
I am really happy to be within this process and to see and feel how everything unfolds, how I grow, how I become happier each day. I am full of joy more than ever before. ;D

Think about coming to a vision improvement weekend class. We have them in Germany, as well as in other countries. That way you can spend two days devoted to clearing your eyesight.

Completely dedicated to my work, so I didn´t write for a long time.
Whenever I have short moments without glasses I have short flashes of clearer vision. I feel that something is moving.
I don´t feel ready yet for a weekend-class. Anyway there is one in november close to my area, so I´ll think about it. I attended several years ago and after the last one I guess I was disappointed that "nothing" visual happened.
I think the healing can be easier than I think....

Nice to know that when you leave your glasses off, that's when you experience flashes of clearer vision.

Just want to share with you that I went to the Intensive Course in France. There I was without glasses for some days and it felt wonderful. Inbetween I realised flashes of more clarity, even longer then I knew it from before. My mind got more quiet and I controlled myself much much less than I sometimes do. I could simply let the energy flow through myself. Now - whenever I put my glasses off - my eyes, especially the left one, sees better. I can read a book in a much larger distance. For the first time I really feel that it is just a matter of time until I can hold the perception that I can see clear. I am so thankful, words can´t describe it. Looks like I´ve discovered the real me. Not the personality but the being beyond. I had a dream where I saw myself without glasses. Thanks Martin, once again. I am so happy and thankful that I could be there with you and all the others! ;D

Pleasure for me to see the improvement in you.
Perhaps it's time for you to get a new eye examination to see how much improvement there has been so far.

tata!! Just printed an eye-chart out. Result: I see 100 % clear with my glasses, what I am quite sure I couldn´t before. And: I think I can have less stronger glasses, so that I may have 80% or something. I am looking forward to see the opticians face, hihi!

Right. And maybe you will see 100% with weaker glasses.

Went to the opticioan today. Worst case: It was worse. Not much, 0.25 both eyes and astigmatism right side. Now I feel pressure in my forehead and little pain in the neck and right shoulder. Before I went there I felt very clear and energized. But from the moment sitting on the chair for the examination I felt tensions and I felt stressed. Seems that still everything within myself wants to escape once I sit there for examination. Anyway what I know: I experienced more claritiy and I can see clear with the glasses I have at the moment. I know it´s true. Is it possible that the stress causes the results of the examination?

That's what I understand. Stress affects your vision adversely because the tension in your consciousness goes into the muscles surrounding your eyeballs - so you have to be relaxed when your eyes are being examined, so that you have the optimal conditions for the improved vision to be noticed.
I would suggest that you go again, but the next time, insisting on preparing yourself mentally first, and insisting on staying relaxed and optimistic during the examination..
