Dear Anna,
I just wanted to add that I have been following your story and I really admire your courage and perseverance. The decisions you have taken cannot have been easy ones but you are very brave to have 'trusted your trip' because, in the end, it is YOUR trip.
You probably don't need me to tell you that the exercises will be even more important post-operatively. I know you've tried a few methods, but have you had a look at Meir Schneider's work with eyes to see if he has something additional which could help?
I hope your recovery is quick and not too uncomfortable.
Love, hugs and good wishes,
Suzanne

thank you all for your love and support. i am recovering quickly, and I feel strangely reassured that my vision is not completely different now I've had an eye operation - as though I was on the right track before and this is just to let me know that i need to keep on going. It's very curious that you can have your eye moved a significant amount and yet still see in much the same way as before. It just proves that what you see is processed in your brain, not just objectively received by your eyes. So I'm doing hatha yoga exercises two or three times a day, if i can, because i KNOW my eye muscles need to develop their strength, and I do the string exercise altho' its the HARDEST thing in the world! At least it makes me feel better about bullyng my daughter to do her ballet exercises, knowing that i have my own tough little number to practise. I tell her that I can guarantee she'll make progress if she practises, and i know I'm really talking to myself. Everything helps and I'll check out Meir Schneider. Thank you Suzanne. However there are some pluses - I don't need the expensive glasses that were prescribed for me three months ago, so if there's anybody out there who would see them as progress..just let me know. Love to you all and thank you for your thoughts. Anna
