HI Martin
I've just noticed that a lot of my muscle stiffness especially around my neck and shoulders has disappeared and it feels so so good! I was attributing this to my new excercise DVD and other neck excercises but now I'm thinking - is this to do with letting go of control?
Thanks

I would understand it as expressing yourself more easily and comfortable about going for your goals.
Perhaps also letting go of what had been heavy responsibilities.

Hello Martin
The above rings true for me!
The muscles in the rest of my body also feel relaxed all the time whereas previously they used to feel stiff and taut! And I haven't excercised for a few weeks. Previously I would have to do a lot of yoga and work-outs for my muscles/body to feel so relaxed. I'm still on my computer all day and doing close work - my physical routine hasn't changed. So if the muscles ALL over the body - including my eye muscles (not just upper body) are relaxed instead of stiff/tight does this mean I'm letting go of control or I still have to interpret it according to the location of the chakras?

Sounds like you are letting yourself just be - and that's good.

Hello Martin Well I have been focusing on just being me and not worrying about the image that I'm projecting. Also not "boxing" myself on what I should be doing and how it would look to other people. I don't think I'm doing this 100% but anyway my body is feeling relaxed much much more than before Its all thanks to you and your teachings Martin, I also have another question for you. Last Sunday I went with my husband to my parents house for a family reunion and my brother and his family also came. I've been wishing for something like this. I really enjoyed it and there was a lot of laughing and joking between me and my nieces especially. After the visit when I got home - I started feeling a little down, feeling blue. Today I feel a little better. Its different from the feeling of sadness I get sometimes. I'm not sure which issue is there to resolve. I've been working on my crown chakra, letting in my father's love. I would appreciate your comments. Thank you

It would be interesting to ask yourself what you feel blue about.
Might also be time to re-connect with your brother if there has been some distance, perhaps to see if there can more frequent contact.
Anyway, it seems to be the aftermath of something related to the family reunion.
